Step into the shoes of a “motivational monarch” and witness as the realm praises his benevolence. Gaze upon the regions of a kingdom full of lazy peons to let them know it’s time to work. Stare at wheat fields and watch peasants harvest, but avert the royal gaze, and they’ll drop everything to avoid work. Stay vigilant on the castle to maintain production chains while invading armies attempt to divert attention.
Conquer challenges to unlock a total of seven monarchs, each with a distinct set of abilities. King Leo the Wise, a master architect, rewards servants with building blueprints. King Spellus, a wizard king through and through, passively generates crystals to refuel arcane power and conjures spells. King Alucard, on the other hand, can resurrect fallen soldiers to take on the battlefield as undead warriors.
Face a new villainous boss on each run, from dragons and necromancers to goblin warlords trying to overtake your settlement, each with a different attack plan and skillset. Adapt thy plans to accommodate for new spells, artifacts, and random blueprints, forging multiple paths ahead that ensure no run will be the same. For those looking for an extra challenge, try out the Threat Levels, where enemies gain new powers, demanding new royal strategies and split-second ruling.
