Facebook (META) Q2 2025 earnings results beat EPS and revenue expectations

Facebook cleared expectations for both revenue and earnings-per-share for its Q2 2025 earnings report.

The Meta company (formerly Facebook) has released its earnings results for the most recent quarter, and Q2 2025 looked like another solid quarter for the company. It handily overcame analyst expectations for the quarter on revenue and earnings-per-share (EPS), putting up solid wins for the quarter.

Meta announced its Q2 2025 earnings results on its investor relations website this week. The company put up a final revenue of $47.516 billion, which was quite a bit better than the $44.69 billion expected by Wall Street. Meanwhile, the company dropped an EPS of $7.14 per share, which was well over both the Wall Street expectation at $5.83 per share and the Whisper Number at 6.18 per share.

Facebook has continued to remain at the forefront of social media presence and VR development (although Meta Reality Labs continues to be the source of billions in losses for the company). Just as well, the company continues to make billions off ad revenue and online services.
