3DClouds has released an updated demo for Formula Legends on Steam, bringing a few noticeable changes. Players can now try out new camera angles, experience dynamic weather conditions and race against improved AI, along with a handful of other improvements.
The team has included a new top helmet camera and a closer third-person perspective for those who want to feel more connected to the race. Players can also test out a range of weather conditions, from clear skies to full wet races. On the gameplay side, braking has been made stronger and more responsive, steering feels tighter and the AI now behaves more naturally and puts up a better fight on the track.
The demo gives players a taste of what’s to come with two game modes to dive into. Custom Race lets you pick everything from vehicles and weather to rules and AI, while Time Attack strips things down for those looking to chase the clock. It also spans three iconic racing eras—mid ’70s, early ’90s, and mid ’20s—each with a full lineup of cars and base drivers.
Two legendary circuits are available as well, with Belgium and Hungary both offering all their layouts and updated versions from the last demo. Players can also fine-tune their experience with a variety of customizable settings, adjusting things like difficulty, assists and race rules to match their preferences.
